Getting to Moreton Island Adventures

Using Public Transport - catch a train to Wynnum North Railway Station. From the station, catch a taxi to 14 Howard Smith Drive, Port of Brisbane. Distance is approx 10 kms. Travel time is approx 16 mintues.

From Brisbane Airport - travel southbound along the Gateway Motorway, over the Gateway Bridge, and take the Port of Brisbane Motorway turnoff. Follow the signs all the way to Port of Brisbane and turn left at the Caltex into Kite St, then right into Osprey Dr, then left into Howard Smith Drive. Distance is approx 15 kms. Tolls apply. Travel time is approx 25 minutes.

From Brisbane CBD - travel along Kingsford Smith Drive to the Gateway Motorway, cross the Gateway Bridge and take the Port of Brisbane Motorway turnoff. Follow signs all the way to Port of Brisbane and turn left at the Caltex into Kite St, then right into Osprey Dr, then left into Howard Smith Drive. Distance is approx 17kms. Tolls apply. Travel time is approx 30 minutes.

From the Gold Coast - from the M1, take the Gateway Motorway turnoff, then take the Port of Brisbane Motorway turnoff. Follow signs all the way to Port of Brisbane and turn left at the Caltex into Kite St, then right into Osprey Dr, then left into Howard Smith Drive. Distance is approx 17kms. Tolls apply. Travel time is approx 60 minutes.
