How to Apply for a Credit or Refund for Your Micat Booking

Important Note: To cancel your booking and receive a credit to re-book, head to your online account (here) and select the relevant booking, then select cancel booking. This system will advise the credit to be issued in accordance with the terms and conditions of your booking. If you are seeking a higher credit amount outside terms and conditions, please follow the instructions below to apply for a refund on compassionate grounds.  

According to the Terms and Conditions, bookings are not refundable. However, if you believe your situation warrants special consideration, please follow the instructions below to apply for a refund on compassionate grounds. 

Steps to Apply for a Refund:

  1. Cancel Your Booking:
    • Before applying for a refund / credit, you must cancel your booking. The process cannot begin until the booking is cancelled.
  2. Complete the Online Request Form:
    • Access and fill out the online request form to request a refund or higher credit amount.
    • Ensure you submit only one form per booking. Multiple submissions for the same booking may delay processing.
  3. Credit Card Fees:
    • Please be aware that credit card fees are non-refundable in all cases.
  4. Vehicle Access Permit:
    • If your booking includes a Vehicle Access Permit, you must contact Mulgumpin Camping directly to cancel the permit. You may be issued a credit directly with Mulgumpin Camping depending upon the notice provided.
  5. Third-Party Bookings:
    • If you booked through a travel agent or third-party website, you will need to contact them directly to manage your refund request.
  6. Processing Time:
    • It can take up to 7-10 business days to process a request form.

Requests made on compassionate grounds will be evaluated individually. Please complete the online request form to begin this process.
