Terms and Conditions – Group Winter Warmer Special

  1. For July and August, get 20% off for groups when you book:
    1. a group of 3 up to 5.2m vehicles (with 2 adults) and 2, 2-person glamping tents for 2 nights; or
    2. a group of 2 up to 5.2m vehicles (with 2 adults and 2 kids) and 2, 4-person glamping tents for 2 nights;
  2. The Offer is valid for:
    1. 1 week from the date it is released (expiring at 5pm 15 July 2019);
    2. travel and accommodation in July and August 2019 only;
    3. new bookings only; and
    4. subject to availability of Castaways and the Micat.
  3. Only bookings which have met the requirements in 1 are eligible to receive the Offer. The Offer is only valid when all items in the package are booked (i.e. no discount is received when only travel is booked without accommodation).
  4. Additional fees will apply upon booking, including credit card surcharge.
  5. Additional items (including additional passengers in vehicle, and additional people in accommodation, additional night’s stay for accommodation, glamping food packs etc.) will incur additional charges.
  6. This Offer does not include Vehicle Access Permit required to be purchased through Queensland Parks and Wildlife Services to drive on Moreton Island.
  7. Once booked standard terms and conditions of booking apply.
  8. By redeeming the Offer, you are deemed to have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
