Terms and Conditions
- The promoter of the paint competition is Moreton Island Adventures (ABN 86 078 206 078), 14 Howard Smith Drive, Port of Brisbane, 4178 (Promoter).
- By entering this competition, you are deemed to have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
- By entering this competition, you warrant that you:
- Are aged over 18 years;
- Are an individual and not a company or organisation;
- Agree to receive future communication from the Promoter via any supplied email with the option to unsubscribe at any time; and
- Are not an employee (including family members) of the Promoter.
- To enter the competition, you must guess the amount of paint that it takes to paint the outside of the Micat by commenting on the Paint Competition Facebook / Instagram post on Moreton Island Adventures’ Facebook or Instagram site (Entrant).
- This Competition will commence on 31/05/2019 and will conclude on 13/06/2019, with the winner to be announced in June 2019 via Moreton Island Adventures’ Facebook and Instagram pages.
- This competition is a game of skill; the Entrant that guesses the closest amount of paint required to paint the Micat (as deemed by the Promoter) will be the winner.
- The Promoter will select the winner in its absolute discretion. The Promoter’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The winner of the competition will receive a voucher which entitles them to receive $250 to put towards any Moreton Island Adventures accommodation or Micat ferry travel. Once booked, all bookings are subject to standard terms and conditions. Prize does not include National Parks Vehicle Permit or camping permit.
- This prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
- If any component of the prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a similar product to the same or greater value as the original prize.
